Imposition Wizard for Acrobat 2.8.1

We received some reports regarding the last release, so here is the updated version that fixes all the issues.
What Has Been Fixed?
The main fix was removing the colorbar size limit that was added in version 2.8. It appears that you guys use colorbars as background images so the support of larger sizes is essential. This has been fixed, so you can use large colorbars again.
The other fixes include minor improvements here or there, like broken links or typos. Overall, Imposition Wizard just got a little bit better, so please update :)
