This update adds a lot of new features, so keep reading to not miss a thing :)

Preprocessors

Ever wish to rotate that odd page in the source document? Maybe duplicate some pages or drop some out? Maybe more?

Preprocessors do exactly that. Located at the very first tab on the right, the new button lets you add multiple blocks each processing the source document by re–arranging, cloning, rotating or dropping the pages.

We’re getting the tutorials ready, but you are welcome to try them “as is” right now. The interface is pretty simple and some blocks have helpful comments, so there’s a good chance you can use them straight away.

Marks

The new perforation mark is added. It allows adding dotted marks on both sides of the page along the selected side to mark the perforation or folding line. Multiple lines are supported within a single mark.

Crop and folding marks got “Outside only” option in case if you don’t want them between the pages.

For all the marks that use PDF files, Imposition Wizard now catches newly added files on the fly, no restart is needed. Note that replacing and deleting files still requires a restart.

Custom marks can now have multiple pages. When this option is enabled, each sheet gets its own page of the custom mark, so you can have different marks on different sheets. This helps adding cut–out templates and things like that.

Another new option for custom marks lets you flip the mark horizontally for backsides in duplex mode, which is again useful for cutting templates.

Preview

You can now toggle page previews, frames, top markers and numbers separately.

The options are in the “View” menu and each option has a keyboard shortcut, so you can quickly turn the things on and off.

Booklets

Creep calculator is updated to allow more options with regard to which pages are modified. Some texts are also updated to better reflect the real process.

The update also fixes a bug with the “Rotate pages by 90ยบ” option being applied to booklets.
