Ticket Wizard 1.2.1 beta

Another beta version with new features for all the dynamic elements.

Images

The update adds base folder to image elements, so the data can only have relative paths or just file names. Ticket Wizard will look for those files in the base folder if it is defined. Otherwise, the full path is expected in the dynamic data.

Another new feature of image elements is fitting mode. You can now switch between various fitting modes like horizontal, vertical, proportional, stretch etc. This gives you more control on how the image is placed in the specified area.

Finally, JPEG images are now supported. This includes CMYK images and embedded color profiles.

Barcodes

Barcodes got optional height parameter that lets you specify the bars height for 1D barcodes and barcode size for 2D ones.

The parameter is optional and is off by default.

Texts

Text elements got optional leading option, so you can configure line spacing for multiline texts (off by default).

Other Changes

There’s some more in this update:

  • bring to front/send to back context menu items added;
  • added warnings if the content goes out of the specified area;
  • broken menu shortcuts fixed;
  • incorrect alignment–related undo/redo elements fixed.

Getting The Beta

This is a beta version, so issues are possible, but overall the update is pretty stable to give it a try. Contact us if you have any issues with the update, or have some ideas regarding the new features.
