If you are here you probably haven’t received the license you ordered, or lost the license key and need it back. Please read the license recovery options below.
You Haven’t Received the License
First of all, please allow us a few hours to process your order. It usually takes just a few minutes, but sometimes may take longer. Wire/bank transfer may take up to 14 days to be processed.
The next place to check if obviously the spam box. Sometimes our emails end up there, so double–check it just in case.
If you filled up the “license for another user” field of the order form — check the email you provided there, as we send license to the end user if they are specified.
If nothing is there and you have your order id nearby, visit our license recovery page and use the order id and email you provided in the order form (or the end user email) to get access to your license.
Finally, if nothing above helps, please contact us directly to get this sorted.
You Lost the License
If by any chance you have the invoice — you can get the order id there. Then use our license recovery page with that order id and your email to recover the license.
If you can’t find the order id — contact us directly and provide your full name, approximate order date and all the possible emails you might have used for ordering.
